• ·Paid plans are currently unavailable. When sales reopen, they will be sold and processed by the Merchant of Record named at checkout, which will appear as the seller on your receipt and handle billing and applicable taxes.
• ·Auto-renewal, disclosed up front: monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. The renewal terms are shown at checkout before you pay, and you'll be notified before any trial converts to a paid subscription.
• ·You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. No penalties, no remaining commitment.

• ·DaysLeft Club is a separate Gumroad membership delivered as a license key that you restore in the app. Club access is verified for this browser; Club does not promise multi-device activation or shared seats.
• ·License keys are personal and non-transferable — they may not be sold, shared publicly, or redistributed. Keys involved in abuse (e.g. public posting or resale) may be revoked.
• ·A Club key remains valid for the verified trial or paid membership period. Cancellation, refund, dispute, or another provider terminal state ends Club entitlement according to the membership verification result. Any separate legacy product has its own product-specific license terms; those terms do not add Club benefits.

DaysLeft Club is a Gumroad membership restored with a personal license key for this browser. Club does not promise five-device activation or shared seats. Legacy product terms, if applicable, are separate and do not change Club access; abused keys may be revoked, and refunds end verified entitlement.
