Who processes your payment
- DaysLeft payments are currently paused. When sales reopen, purchases will be sold and processed by the Merchant of Record named at checkout. That provider will appear as the seller on your receipt and handle billing, applicable taxes, and refund execution.
- We may add additional payment partners over time; whichever partner is named on your receipt is the entity that processed your payment.
Payments are currently paused. For any future purchase, the seller named on your receipt will be the processing entity responsible for billing, taxes, and refund execution.
2. Subscriptions (Plus · Pro)

- 14-day refund window: if you're not happy with a new subscription, request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase and we'll honor it.
- Cancel anytime: cancellation stops the next renewal — no penalties, no remaining commitment. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Renewal charges: if a renewal goes through that you didn't intend, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll sort it out.
Subscriptions: 14-day refund window from initial purchase. Cancel anytime to stop renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Unintended renewal charges are refundable within 14 days of the charge.

- Lifetime is a one-time payment. Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll honor it.
- After a refund, the associated license key is deactivated.

4. How to request a refund

- Email help@neogenesis.app with the email you used at checkout (we don't store it — your receipt has it).
- Or use the receipt / customer-portal link in your purchase confirmation email from the Merchant of Record.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
