- DaysLeft purchases are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record (currently Polar). The Merchant of Record appears as the seller on your receipt and handles billing, applicable taxes, and refund execution.
- We may add additional payment partners over time; whichever partner is named on your receipt is the entity that processed your payment.

2. Subscriptions (Plus · Pro)

- 14-day refund window: if you're not happy with a new subscription, request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase and we'll honor it.
- Cancel anytime: cancellation stops the next renewal — no penalties, no remaining commitment. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Renewal charges: if a renewal goes through that you didn't intend, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll sort it out.
Subscriptions: 14-day refund window from initial purchase. Cancel anytime to stop renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Unintended renewal charges are refundable within 14 days of the charge.

- Lifetime is a one-time payment. Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll honor it.
- After a refund, the associated license key is deactivated.

4. How to request a refund

- Or use the receipt / customer-portal link in your purchase confirmation email from the Merchant of Record.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
